Collections Specialist (Remote)

Your strong analytical and computer skills allow you to quickly maneuver through the tasks at hand.
Position will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding customer accounts to ensure timely payment and reduce bad debt.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Shift:
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (Remote) Wage:
$18-$20/hour (Depends on Experience and Skills) Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Review and manage assigned customer accounts Contact customer via phone, email, and mail to facilitate payment of outstanding invoices Resolve billing issues and discrepancies and communicate effectively with customers Assist with Customer calls and emails Negotiate payment arrangements and terms with customers Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities Provide regular updates on collection activities to management Collaborate with various teams within the organization such as Sales, Pricing, and Customer Service Skills and Knowledge:
High school education required One year of Accounts Receivable experience desired Must be able to follow instructions and take directions Must be able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access and willing to learn new computer programs to assist with daily duties.
