Full-time Forensic Interviewer

Forensic Interviewer:
will be responsible for conducting highly specialized interviews of children making allegations of child abuse/neglect.
This position will also require the ability to testify in court.
This position also facilitates multi-disciplinary team meetings in several counties.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in human service-related field.
A qualified candidate should have two years of experience working with children and families where abuse and violence are identified issues.
Must complete training certification to become a Forensic Interviewer.
Previous professional experience working with the Criminal Justice field, child welfare field, or as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred.
Must pass a Background and Central Registry check.
This position is 40 hours per week and could require the ability to respond after normal working hours to emergency situations.
Weekend, evening, and holiday hours could be required.
Must have a valid driver's license.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
